Sunglass features
|
Sunglasses believe it or not have certain features you may not realize are actual features. Most sunglasses offer a UV protection and what that does is that it helps protect your eyes against the sun damage and can help prevent cataracts. Sunglasses should meet the requirement of 60 percent of Ultra Violet ray protection and 70 percent of UVA and 70 percent of UVB protection. The ultra violet protection is added to the sunglasses when they are manufactured and tinted so that it does not affect the strength of the ultra violet.
Polarization reduces the sunlight that comes from a reflective surface such as snow, ice or plain old water. These glasses filter out some of the diffused light that has scattered by the environment. The high contrast sunglasses have orange sunglasses and yellow lenses so that they can offer contrast filtering and good depth perception. Mirrored sunglasses are very cool yet funky looking. These types of glasses have a very high reflective surface that filters some light. The reflective lenses come in other colors so they can reflect your sense of fashion style.
Each style of sunglasses is different and they do make a difference in how you see. You can find these styles in any brand and every designer sunglasses pair. They just divide them into categories so they can be displayed at having some differences in style and in how they cause you to see.
